Where are your products made?
In Bengaluru, India. Each order is made to order and dispatched within 2 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across India on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies. Orders usually arrive in 3–6 working days.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in India only. [owner to confirm]
How do I pay?
Online, by UPI, card or net banking on a secure payment page. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every price on turron.in includes GST.
Do the journals lie flat?
Yes. They are sewn in sections rather than glued, so they open flat from the first page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Write to hello@turron.in with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of our receiving the item. See delivery and returns.
How do I track my order?
Use Track an order with your order number and the email or mobile number you ordered with.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
